Individual Health Referrals

Employers have an ever increasing range of Health and Ancillary benefits to offer their employees for recruiting and retention. From traditional plans to partially or fully self-funded, we can assist in determining the right option for your employer clients, including dental, vision, disability and more.

Medicare Referral
The Medicare regulators allow for several types of referral compensation based on which government is setting the rules.
- The federal government allows up to a $100 fee for a Medicare Advantage referral but stipulates that it must be paid regardless of whether the sale closes or not. Stone Hill pays a $75 referral fee either if you provide us with a permission-to-contact signed by your client or if you can really persuade your client to call us (we cannot outbound call them without their signed permission to contact in our possession).
- The states’ departments of insurance regulate compensation for Medicare Supplements. Some states allow compensation while others do not. Some states allow referral compensation to both health-licensed agents and to non-licensed referrers; some place restrictions on such compensation. Talk to us about your state and your situation.
